GoodFallen, the Polymarket bot: A trading machine you own outright.

N-1 buys both sides of Polymarket's 5- and 15-minute crypto markets, around the clock, from your own server. You set the dials. Unit zero, our own, has traded in public since July 16.

Operating principle

It doesn't predict the move. It works the structure.

Four things N-1 does in every window it trades. Here they are on a real Bitcoin window from unit zero, fill by fill, straight from Polymarket's public feed.

Volume sets the tier. The tier sets the net.

Every taker pays the same fee. What grows with volume is how much of it comes back, from nothing on a new account to half at the top. A small account starts low, and at small size the fees can outweigh the edge.

That's why paper mode charges every taker fee at Polymarket's rate and adds only the rebate rate you set, zero by default. The result it shows is yours, not ours.

Setup

From box to running in about ten minutes.

No coding. The strategy is already written, and the project is small and plainly structured, so an AI assistant can install it and walk you through the settings from one plain-English request.

    Pay and download

The archive with the source and the setup guide unlocks the moment your payment confirms.

  2. Step20:02

    Ask an AI editor

Open the folder in Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT and type “Help me start this bot.” It installs everything and fills in your .env with you.

  3. Step30:10

    Paper trade first

Let it run on live order books for a day or two. Real settlements, no money at risk.

  4. Step4Day 2

    Switch to live

Set your loss limit and size, add your wallet key, flip the mode. The same logic now trades for real.

Where can I check the results?
On unit zero, our own copy of the bot, running on the public Polymarket account @GoodFallen: positions, activity and profit, no sign-up needed. Every number on this page is read from Polymarket's public API for that account and refreshes every minute.
Why is your number lower than Polymarket's?
Polymarket's profile shows trading before taker fees and leaves rebates out. We subtract every taker fee the account has paid ($122.4K) and add every rebate it has received ($65.4K). What's left is the net, $129.2K. The sum is in the readout.
Will I make the same profit?
Probably not, and we'd rather say so up front. 51% of unit zero's net is rebates, earned at the Obsidian tier on millions of dollars of monthly volume. A smaller account pays the same taker fee and gets less of it back, and at small size the fees can outweigh the edge. Run paper mode first: it charges every fee and adds only the rebate rate you set, so you judge your own net before you risk money.
How much money do I need to start?
The code has no minimum. The default size keeps a few hundred dollars working at once, and one setting scales every position up or down. The real question is what size pays its fees: rebates start at $2,000 of 30-day weighted taker volume (Bronze, 3%). Only go live with money you can afford to lose. It stays in your own wallet the whole time.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Open the bot's folder in Claude, Cursor, Windsurf or ChatGPT and ask it to set up and run the project. It installs the dependencies, fills in the settings with you and runs the commands.
Can I try it without risking money?
Yes. Paper mode is the default: the full strategy runs against Polymarket's live order books and settles each window on the real result, but no orders are sent and no money is involved.
What stops a bad day from becoming a disaster?
The dials you set. The daily loss limit cancels open orders, halts trading and messages you once the day's settled losses pass it; the bot resumes the next UTC day, or waits for you. The exposure cap pauses new buys when the money in open windows reaches your ceiling. And a STOP file stops all buying at once.
Which markets does it trade?
Polymarket's short crypto windows: 5-minute Up or Down on Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana, and 15-minute on Bitcoin. You choose which ones in the settings.
Do I have to claim my winnings by hand?
No. In live mode the bot redeems winning shares for USDC on its own, about a minute after each window settles. It works with email, browser-wallet and plain-key accounts; keep a little POL in the wallet for gas.
Where does it run? Polymarket isn't available in my country.
On your own computer or a small rented server (a VPS) that stays online around the clock, and you choose where that server sits. Pick a location where Polymarket operates, and check Polymarket's terms and your local rules before trading real money.
What exactly do I get after paying?
A download of the complete Python project with a setup guide, the moment your payment confirms. You run it yourself; nothing runs on our side. Owners also join a private Telegram group for setup help and updates: message us on Telegram with your payment ID.
Why only 15 units?
Each unit is one copy of the full source code, and every copy trades the same markets. The bot buys in the 5-minute Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana windows and the 15-minute Bitcoin window, and each window's order book holds only so many shares at good prices. Fifteen units and unit zero can share that. Hundreds would bid against each other for the same fills, and everyone's results would suffer, ours included.
What happens when all 15 are sold?
The checkout closes and the bot is no longer for sale. There's no second run and no cheaper relaunch later. Owners keep everything they bought: the code, the updates and the support.
If it makes money, why sell it?
Because fifteen units don't change the markets it trades, and selling them pays us now rather than someday. Unit zero keeps running on our own account either way. The cap is there so it stays that way for every owner, us included.
Do I get updates? Are there recurring costs?
Every new version is posted in the owners' group, with no upgrade fees. Nothing recurring from us: the only ongoing costs are your server and Polymarket's own trading fees.
